Organizations wanted to improve employee engagement and workplace happiness, but relied on fragmented tools such as spreadsheets, surveys and emails. Insights were scattered and hard to translate into concrete action.

The solution
A digital platform that connects feedback, analysis and leadership actions into one clear system.

I guided the full lifecycle of this application:

• Concept development
• Functional design & requirements
• App development
• Publishing to the App Store and Google Play
• Ongoing iteration and feature expansion

This project taught me how to build systems that grow with an organization, not just apps that look good on launch day.
